They should be paying her damages for having to listen to whatever crap it is that she downloaded.
The record industry needs to wake up and realize that the reason they are losing money is not from downloading, but from the fact that nobody wants to pay for the shite music they are putting out and have been putting out for years.
Wake up people!!!! Your product is crap!!! that is why you are losing money!!!

Finster, you are so right. If people really love the music, they won't want a crappy download anyway: they'll shell out for HDCD Flac or w/e you want to call it. That's been proven on this very Forum, many times. When the music is half-assed, people don't mind a cheap, half-assed version.
